Cold Drawn Process

Summerill Tube is specially equipped to provide cold worked processes. The processes include Sink Drawing, Fixed Mandrel, Floating Mandrel and Rod Drawing.

The cold drawn processes are a practical means to provide the physical properties, the quality and the reliability needed in critical application.

By cold drawing our tubing, we not only control dimensional accuracy to close tolerances, we also actually improve the metallurgic grain structure of precision alloys we use.
